Getting There

We cant wait to see all you guys at TV2 KidsFest again this year! Theres heaps of awesome things to do so we hope you have lots of fun. If youre wondering how youre going to get to all the events this year there are heaps of different ways to get you where you need to be:

Bus

The Metro buses are a great way to get around Christchurch. You get to sit back, relax and just enjoy the ride. There are lots of benefits to taking the bus to the events this year. You wont have to worry about driving in the winter conditions or parking, and youll be helping save our planet how cool is that!

Bike

A great way to get to these fantastic events is on your bike. CoolStuff love cycling and knows always to wear a helmet. You dont have to waste time finding a parking space and it keeps you fit! Have you checked out the great cycle maps? They're are real treasure!

Walk

Christchurch is known for its beautiful clear winter days so why not make the most of them by walking to nearby TV2 KidsFest events. Its a great way to get your blood pumping and warm you up on those cooler days. Look on the map to work out the closest way to get to the events youre going to.

Parking

Parking can be a real nightmare at times. Did you know that the Christchurch City Council has 11 parking buildings here in the city. Some of them are even FREE over the weekend. Save yourself time and the hassle of searching by parking in the CCC Parking Building nearest the event youre going to. Visit our website to find out where they are and other information about the parking buildings.
